Hi I would like to know the procedures if i would like to marry a Canadian Divorcee and I am A Malaysia Widow.

I would be appreciate if you could assist me on this. What are the documents and how should we go thru these procedures.

Dear Sir/Mdm,

I would like to find out what is the procedure in marriage if i am to marry a Cambodian in Cambodia. When i come back, do i need to confirm with the Malaysian Registration Centre or just one time only?

Henry, do go to the relevant department in Cambodia to ask them. Sorry, can’t help at all.

Once you’re done registering your marriage there, just come back and report within 6 months to avoid being penalize. Bring all the document you get from there and bring it to JPN to report so that they can update your status. If you can’t come back, just do it at the Malaysian Embassy/High commissioner in Cambodia within 6 months.

Mr. Cheong, no problem for that provided you marry her legally before the baby is born because I think you need the marriage cert to prove that you are married to the woman who are having your baby.
