By the way, even if you want to go to those associations to register, you will still have to go to JPN for the initial arrangement, take all the documents and check your status, from there you can get all the needed contact details from them, they should have it to assist you to get your marriage register at the association as the associations are only assistant registrars appointed by JPN to do the registration. Sorry to tell you that, you cannot escape JPN no matter what. So, head over to the nearest JPN to get all the forms and find out the associations that are appointed to do your wedding registration.
