I’m sure many couples will expect their partner to do something on their special days such as Valentine’s Day, birthday, wedding anniversary and so on. However, if you notice, not every couple will practice it. It’s not surprising for not getting anything for their loved ones these special days. As long that they know that they are in love with each other that is the most important key.

When you are in your early relationship and you always give presents or special treats to your partner on certain occasion, they will definitely expect you to do the same during the duration of the relationship. If you don’t and accidentally miss it on that ocassion in the future, “war” will surely happen. Your partner will be disappointed. Therefore you must becareful.

Besides that, they will also take them for granted and you won’t be enjoying doing them. Just be yourself, love your partner for who they are and not for the things they give. Love can be anytime, you don’t have to show them only on certain days.
