How To Arrange Your Guests' Seatings

Once you have your final headcount after deciding on the guests that will be attending, it’s time to start arrange their seatings.

It’s very important and various issues have to be addressed. Here’s a simple guide for you to arrange the seats of your guests:

  • Seat guests of similar age or taste together
  • Make sure you group them with at least one of them know each other.
  • Don’t place the elderly guests in draughty area or too close to loud speakers.
  • Make sure you keep those not in good terms as far as possible.
  • Let your guests change table on their own discretion.
  • Lastly, be sure your seating plan is given to the manager before the big day so that they can lay it out for you.

Be sure that each of the family must assign at least one receptionist that is able to identify the guest and avoid confusions.
