‘No Apologies’ Workshop
Focus on the Family, Sarawak Branch, in collaboration with The Borneo Post, See Hua Daily News and Utusan Borneo will be holding a ‘No Apologies’ - a workshop on abstinence among youths on May 26 - 27.
The workshop will be held at Crown Towers in Pending from 8.30am to 5pm.
The workshop was aimed at helping young people make wise choices regarding high-risk behaviour, including sexual involvement before marriage.
It is a solid 12-hour workshop that will cover seven key areas - the video, healthy relationships, media literacy, premarital sex and consequences, HIV/AIDS: a generation at risk, abstinence - it works every time and marriage matters. The programme teaches the youths about what falling in love is, infatuation and what true love and lust are.
46 youths have signed up for the workshop where entries are limited to 70 people.
The fee is RM20 per person, which includes a workbook and tea breaks.
