Write Your Anger
I’m sure you know that when you are angry you won’t be able think straight most of the time. If this is the case, take time out. Then go write down whatever you feel such as what you want to say, why you are mad, what is the thing that you can do to resolve it and so on.
While wrting it, you will calm down and you can also avoid lashing out bad things to your partner verbally. Once you are calmer, read tru’ it and edit it if you want to put it in a better way. After that, give it to your partner to read and digest.
This will give time to your partner to think of how to react and you will also have time to clear your mind.
